My product pictures does not display correctly - why?

The product pictures and category pictures must be available on the internet so that you can link to them directly. You add an image by entering its URL, and if your image does not show up correctly, there is probably something wrong with the URL you are trying to use. How do I upload images to HappyCatalog.com?

Currently you cannot upload images to HappyCatalog.com, but there are a lot of third party services you can use for hosting images. Check our guide about adding pictures to Your Catalog for more information.

Is it possible to assign more than one category to a product?

Not in the current version of HappyCatalog, but this feature might be added in a future version of HappyCatalog.

Can I add multiple pictures to a product?

What is a "Catalog Id"?

The Catalog Id is a unique identifier for your catalog. It is used when downloading your catalog to the iPad. You probably want to choose a Catalog Id that is easy to remember if you want others to download your catalog.

Can I add my own cover image to my catalog?

Not in the current version of HappyCatalog, but this feature might be added in a future version of HappyCatalog.

What happened to the Excel upload feature?

The old Excel upload feature suffered from some usability problems, and it was hard to troubleshoot when the Excel file contained invalid data. Therefore, we decided to replace it with a more user friendly on-line product editor. A new and better Excel upload feature is planned for a future release of HappyCatalog.com.
